CNC is a state of mind that receives, processes, and interprets information through a negative filter. It manifests most readily in an individual who is predisposed to heightened sensitivity and intelligence. This is an individual who is acutely aware of the needs of others and fills those needs with little or no regard to his own. The victim of self-negating behavior experiences persistent dictation from an internal "voice" that constantly confirms a negative translation. The sufferer is subsequently stranded in the agonizing torture of his negative mind's agenda.

In order to eradicate CNC from the afflicted mind, it is necessary to reverse the existing frame of reference by introducing logic and new learning.
